Online Registration
All clients wishing to bid online using Spink Live need to register to bid in each sale at least 24 hours prior to the auction.
New clients will need to agree Spink Terms and Conditions before proceeding to the Spink Live registration page. They will also be asked to submit their credit card and bank account details during the registration process. Please be aware that Spink does not use your Credit Card and Bank Account details for payment purposes. These details are collected only as a security measure and enable us to guarantee the uniqueness of all newly registered clients.
After completing the registration process you will receive an automatic email with a link to the registration confirmation page. Please be aware that it is very important to click and follow this link as it is a final step to approve newly registered clients as Bidders. If you do not follow this link and do not complete your registration you will not be able to log on to Spink Live and will not be able to bid over internet. You will receive a final confirmation message as soon as you follow the email link.
If you have previously registered with Spink you can bypass online registration entirely. Simply send a registration request with your client ID to the Spink auction team at auctionteam@spink.com. After receiving the registration request Spink auction team will send you your Spink Live User ID and Password by email. You will be able to bid live online as soon as you receive Spink auction team confirmation email.
